Developer Portal with Gamification
We designed and developed an interactive developer portal that centralizes reusable code components, encourages collaboration among teams, and rewards contributors through a gamification system to boost participation and innovation. This platform serves as a hub for sharing knowledge, standardizing development practices, and accelerating project delivery by reducing duplication of effort. Challenges
The client’s development teams operated in silos, leading to duplicated efforts and wasted resources. They lacked a centralized repository for reusable components, and developers had little motivation to share or adopt shared code. Management wanted a way to track code usage and incentivize contributions in order to save time and improve productivity. Solution
